Full Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund of your payment under the following circumstances:
- Software errors. If you experience an error that prevents proper use of our software, and we cannot resolve the issue within 30 days.
Note: A refund will only be issued if you provide detailed information about the error as requested by our support staff, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.
- Accidental duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the software license more than once.
- Activation issues. If you can’t activate the license on your computer due to technical reasons.
Important: Refund requests must be made within the first six months after purchasing a license for a valid reason as outlined in this policy. Please note that no refund requests will be considered after six months from the date of purchase.
Refund Denial Conditions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:
- Change of mind. If you inform us that you have changed your mind about purchasing the software, stating you have uninstalled it and will not use it without providing specific reasons.

- Force majeure situations. In cases of force majeure, such as changes made by YouTube or other sites, that render content downloading impossible. However, you may request a refund if such a situation occurs within 30 days of your purchase date.
If you disagree with our grounds for denying a refund, you have the option to contact your bank and initiate a chargeback.
