1. Download and install 4K Video to MP3 application. It's available for macOS, Windows and Linux.
2. Click 'Add Video' button and select the video. Don't be worry about video format, 4K Video to MP3 supports nearly all of them.
3. Click 'Show in folder' once the convertion is completed in order to open the directory to listen audio tracks.
You can listen audio tracks directly from the program interface thanks to an audio player embedded. Just click Play button on the item logo or select 'Play' in the popup menu.
